Find Out MoreI was invited to co-host a webinar to launch a whitepaper I co-authored, titled: ¨Maximising your CRM for the Retail Landscape, with CRM Martech giant, Bloomreach. This webinar discussed the ongoing challenges in the Retail sector, how to prepare for huge growth periods like Black Friday and top tips on how to ensure maximum impact by utilising your CRM.
I was invited to speak with the master’s business students at Liverpool University and discuss how CRM should be implemented into marketing and business plans. I shared the importance of a CRM, top tips on how to utilise it successfully and provided tangible case studies to highlight the impact of a CRM in real-time.
I was asked to speak at the International Social Summit in Barcelona in 2023 about social media in regulatory industries. Here, I discussed regulatory industries & how they are regulated, the importance of localised markets, compliance education, and how to maximise content and paid media campaigns for success.
I hosted an International Women´s Day panel, addressing the challenges and benefits of working in Marketing as a woman. Panel co-hosts included CEOs, MD´s and HR leads.
